Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email and confirmed with a 20% deposit.

The balance of the rent is due a calendar month before your stay.

Payments can be made by online bank transfer of cheque.

Any cancellations must be in writing andthe deposit is forfeit if we are unable to relet the property.

If a booking is cancelled less than a calendar month before your stay you will be liable to pay the full rent.
