The front door opens into a hallway. At the front of the house is a comfortable sitting room which is sunny in the afternoon.
There is a radiator and open fire, a tv with sky+, dvd player and an ipod dock.
Bathroom 2 opens off the hall at the foot of the stair case. There is an electric shower, basin and wc. The room also has a range of untits with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is a large heated towel rail linked to the central heating.
At the end of the hall a door leads into a large sunny dining kitchen.
This is fitted with a range of units, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave & coffee machine. The kitchen is well equipped with pots
& pans including a slow cooker, to make self catering easier.
The dining end of the room has an oiled oak table with 6 chairs and an oak sideboard. There is a stereo with an ipod dock
As our family use the house regularly we have equipped it with home comforts, paintings & personal touches which makes it our special cottage on Scilly that we hope our guests will enjoy.
The back door to the house leads off the kitchen to a small sunroom with 2 armchairs & 2 canvas chairs.
This is a pleasant sunny room in the morning & provides an extra quiet sitting area.
The door from the sunroom opens on to the courtyard which we have planted with some of the many plants you will see as you explore the islands - indeed some have found their own way in !
The courtyard is sunny for much of the day until late afternoon & has a wooden bench plus granite table. There is Webber BBQ stored in the sunroom for guests use.
The gate opens on to a lane at the back of the house giving another access to the beach & Peninis headland via Buzza Hill.
